Having a clutter-free place of business can be just as important – or even more important! – than having a clutter-free home. As we talked about in our last post, people form impressions very easily. Nowhere is this more evident than in a commercial environment.
Having a clean and well-maintained place of business – especially if it’s a retail storefront or restaurant! – is critical to building customer trust and acceptance. Whether they realize they’re doing it or not, customers will much more readily spend money at a place of business that looks good than a place of business that needs a lot of work.
Additionally, if your place of business is also occupied by employees, they will appreciate the time and money you invest in making the building a comfortable place for them to work. Performing repairs – even when they’re not critical to the structure of the building – can make employees more productive and instill a sense of respect.
